We have happy paying customers using our product and begging for more, so now, we're hiring a software engineer with above market equity to accelerate development. We’re deploying the latest LLMs to perform agentic tasks alongside our non-technical customers in their daily work, giving them a truly magical experience. You’ll be designing sophisticated systems to deliver an effortless user experience
You’ll own the technical direction (and you won’t be pigeonholed)
We’re not precious about what’s already been built. As long as it serves our customers, you’ll have full authority to design and build the tech stack of your dreams.
You’ll be early and impactful
You’re joining at the earliest stages of a de-risked business, giving you the opportunity to set the tone for how we build, what good looks like, and where we go next without wondering if it’s all even worth it.

You’ve built web apps from the ground up
Current tech stack includes Typescript / Javascript, Node.js, Twilio, Retell, OpenAI, Docker, Playwrite, GCP, duct tape and bubblegum. Your initial work will focus primarily on backend (messaging functionality, AI pipelines), but you’ll also dip your toes in frontend work
You have a strong sense of ownership & independence
We’re highly collaborative and have strong understanding of what customers want, but won’t be breathing down your neck on execution. We’ll iterate to ensure expectations are clear, but expect you to be proactive in managing your own time
Comfort in ambiguity and fast iteration.
We’re still learning every day. You’ll be working directly with me, hearing from customers, and iterating quickly. We value people who are energized by that loop, not waiting for a perfect spec
